I had the sore scalp dreadfully @KylieG. I tried the cold cap for two rounds but it didn't work. My hair started falling out on Day 14, exactly when they said it would! I ended up going to a hipster barber and it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. Best of luck. K xox
