Not sure how to handle this. Having to lose both my breasts seems so cruel after everything else I have gone through in the past few years. Can't get my head around more surgery and losing more of .....

Yes exactly it is one day at a time. I felt the same as you but I had days where I didn't want to face the world but then I had days where I knew I was strong enough to not have this control my life. I think once you have your surgery you will feel more in control. Take care don't be hard on yourself .
