Not sure how to handle this. Having to lose both my breasts seems so cruel after everything else I have gone through in the past few years. Can't get my head around more surgery and losing more of .....

I am so sorry that you are faced with more cancer and surgeries again.
You sound like you have been thru so much already. I sometimes wonder even though family and friends ask and want to know how you doing - do they really?
but you know I think they do, your mum and dad will be fine when you tell them, it will be just hard at the beginning, only because of what you have already been thru.
I cannot believe the strength of these ladies on this site as I am new to bc, but it is the best therapy for me to talk to those who know how we really feel inside.
When is your surgery Kez?
