Hot/Cold Flushes
I spend my days alternating between being too hot and too cold. I guess I have hot flushes but are cold flushes a thing as well? Or is it just I get cold because I've been sweating and have taken off...

me too! It's not because you've thrown the blankets off -- I've woken up (under the covers) in a freezing cold sweat many many times. They started with AC chemo, and now it's just a regular thing. And yep, I get the hot ones too...
I'm going to ask around to see if there are any dietary/exercise options to help the body thermostat regulate itself better. Meanwhile it's hot water bottles one minute and ceiling fans the next lol
