I have had hot flushes (20-30/day) since I had to stop HRT in July (reason I went on HRT in the first place!) c/o early breast cancer and will be on Letrozole (for 10 years) after radiotherapy .
I have hand fans in every room and ceiling fans too. Also have x2 battery fans that hang around my neck and blow air upwards - great when you need your hands free??
Now on search for perfect hand fan to match my outfit for sons wedding in 4 weeks??
