Sorry me again, bringing back memories ladies. As I said I'm not on hormone drugs so my menopause was natural. When the hot flushes were a problem my daughter brought me natural remedy spray stuff - don't know anymore but it had amongst other things wild geranium oil - smelt nice and remember it was cool and relaxed me and seemed to help with severity.
