hot flushes and night sweats

Hi I have not posted in a long while . I  finished Chemo / taxol late september and did 5 weeks of radiation in oct/nov . Iam wanting advise on how others are dealing with hot flushes and night sweats , it is driving me crazy !!! I have taken Efexor 35mg with little effect and my oncologist says i cant take most natural products as my cancer was triple positive . I was wondering if anyone elae has taken other medication to relieve these symptoms .Thanks any advise would be appreciated
