I've been reading about the health benefits of coconut oil for good health and vitality. So I took my 2 tablespoons one night before bed, the next morning i realised I didn't have any night sweats that night. So I continued it for another couple of days and still no night sweats. So I decided not to take it one night just to see if it was the coconut oil. That night I woke up about 6 times with hot flushes. I've since gone back to the coconut oil. I've only been taking it for about two weeks but it seems to be working and saving me a lot of sleepless nights.
