As you have found you do need to ease into the exercise. I started with 20 mins walk at first and increased the time and pace gradually. Also with our aches and pains from everything we have been through it is really, really important to warm up by walking at a slower pace for the first 5 mins. Also crucial is stretching the muscles afterwards. I spend 30 mins walking and then 15 doing stretches to keep injury free. I do the stretches to relaxing music and this helps with reducing the stress as well. Good luck with trying to conquer the hot flushes! :) Deanne xx
