Hi Robyn . How have you put up with them for 7 years , its driving me crazy . I think waking every hour with the night sweats is the hardest because I never feel rested . I have been trying to monitor the hot flushes and I think you are right staying calm does help.I do have a cooling pillow and it did help for a while but I find now it is less effective . I'am going to try and continue with excersice despite sore bones and big blisters .( due to me thinking I can jump straight into it with new runners and do 5km ) I think I may also try removing coffee from my diet not that I drink much only 1 every second day . However I did read about a study that 2 cups of coffee a day help prevent reaccurance in Breast cancer .Thanks Robyn xo
