hot flushes and night sweats

Hi kerryn . Sorry to hear that you are on the BC journey and so young .I'm glad that your mother and grandmother are survivors .Cancer does not discriminate .I hope that Chemo is not to harsh for you and you are tolerating it .I know for me it was the hardest journey of my life . One thing I must say cancer and treatment has made me feel 81 not 41 .The flushes , night sweats , sleepless nights is hard to take because there is no light at the end of the tunnel and prediction of how long they will last . I have just started to take evening primrose oil the last couple of days , so I hope it helps too . Have not yet asked my oncologist if this was ok as I have triple positive BC . I know that it is still early days for you but remember to enjoy those little things in life when you are having a bad day , such as the sun shinning and a blue sky . Take care and best wishes
