I am so sorry that you had such an ordeal with your surgery. It is very hard being in hospital and not really knowing how everything is run. The week ends are the worst time to be in there too. We all have to wait until Monday comes round before we see specialists and BCN etc.
I am glad though that in the end you got some satisfaction and were supported by the BCN.
What a lovely thoughtful lady you are to make the bracelets for the staff. I am sure they would have appreciated your kind gesture.
