Some of you know that I love paddleboarding. Last weekend, I went to the beach in the early morning (got there before first light) but was a bit disappointed that it was so choppy. Went ahead, anyway, and was amazed at my ability to stick to the board through the waves. I got a really good workout and left on a high (although I do have to say that my feet and legs were aching later).
