Try putting a teaspoon of pomegranate juice in it @"Kiwi Angel" I'm a miserable failure when it comes to sleeping, but I'm pretty sure the chamomile doesn't make things worse.
I didn't like the taste either but pomegranate is astringent enough to make it palatable but not sweet; I try to avoid sweeteners at night. I make two cups, drink one when I go to bed and leave the other on the bedside table. That's my night time drink and I don't mind it cold. It sounds disgusting, but isn't.
