The insomnia you suffer from @"Kiwi Angel" must be debilitating making working long hours very hard.I am retired so things are easier plus sleep has never been an issue mercifully.
I just hope awareness of endorphins might encourage someone to try exercise to find some relief from the side effects of hormone therapy as it seems to be doing for me. xo
