hormone therapy and osteoporosis

Hi all, I've had a lumpectomy and radiotherapy, and have been recommended Femara(Letrozole) for my hormone therapy as I'm post-menopausal. When I had my bone-density test I discovered I have osteoporosis, so have been recommended Prolia (denosumab) as my bone-density medication.

Has anyone had experience of using these two drugs together, or similar meds such as Fosamax (alendronate) or Actonel EC (risedronate) to strengthen bone-density? I'm just worried about the possible side-effects.

Thanks
