I'm 37 and I have gone into early menopause through chemo and I believe tamoxifen keeps me there. I get the hot flush and sweats, for some reason they are more noticeable at night. Sometimes I get calf cramping as well. I have only just finished radio treatment so I haven't been taking anything to help with symptoms but I would be interested to know also. Tashx
