Hi Shaz, let me know how you get on with the hypnotherapy. I am trying hard but it's so hard to do! Super stressed at the moment waiting for pathology results from my mastectomy and my cigarettes seem like a bit of a friend right now (shame face). I will beat them both - smoking and breast cancer!!
