You'll be fine, @Bear1966 - I wouldn't eat too many cashews either, to be sure, to be sure ..... just the 24hrs without Carbs will be good for you .... it is also known as the Keto diet! ;) I am 'sort of' following it a bit just now - but the beer I have with my dinner sort of negates it! LOL
As @Cath62 says ... no bananas (or other fruit) as they are all full of natural sugars, and I'd stay away from the yoghurt too as, unless you make your own, as they often have added sugar in them as well ... to be honest, I wouldn't even eat the wraps ....

- Non-starchy vegetables: Broccoli, spinach, green beans, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, and mushrooms.
- Beverages: Water or black tea, Diet soda and zero-calorie drinks.
- Some foods that are NOT allowed include: cereal, pasta, milk, breads and other sugars.
