Bananas are very high in carbs. Just stick to eggs and bacon for breakfast but no toast or bread. Bread is high in carbs. There are wraps in Coles that are low carb. Simpson is the brand I think and they are only 1 xarb per wrap. For lunch have a salad with protein like chicken or fish and dinner as you suggested roast chicken but no potatoes as they are high in carbs. If you want vegetables skip root vegetables as they are high in carbs and stick to broccoli, cauliflower or beans for example. Good luck.
