High Protein Low Carb diet for PET Scan ..... what are your best recipes?

Hubby has a PET scan on Friday - so for all of Thursday, he needs a High Protein, Low Carb diet (then NIL by mouth on Fri til after the scan! He'll be STARVING! ) I may have to jam the kitchen door sh...

A nice big steak with eggs perhaps? Do you have any local butchers or shops that sell biltong (dried, salted beef, similar to jerky)...or if no biltong, then bottle shops do sell jerky at the checkout.
