High grade DCIS
After a mammogram guided core biopsy my surgeon rang to say I had DCIS and he would need to remove a small area which would probably be all that was necessary.
A few days later he did a lumpectom...

Yes J I got the implant put in in september... feels better than the tissue expander but still pretty solid... no bouncing boobs anymore lol... gotta make this quick as off to work... the next few ops are to do the nipple.... a lift and reduction of remaining boob as they put the wrong size implant in and my implant is smaller than my natural one... i could also put in another implant with the size i want but then that means 3 more ops and 9 months later lol... Id like my normal size back but im not gonna take another yr out of my life, im married and dont really show off my boobs anyway & at the end of the day how important are ur breast sizes? I'm just happy to be alive and thats what im gonna keep telling myself... lol... & yes think about what size boobs u want and make sure they put the right one in lol.... :)
