Hi ladies
My name is Amanda and I stumbled across this group on my first visit to bcna site that my breast nurse told me to check out so thanks for letting me be part of the group. I am 32 and was diagnosed in ...
Glad you found this site. There are many wonderful women on here who will walk beside you and help you every step of the way. You seem to have had more than your fair share of complications, both physical and emotional. We all feel down and overwhelmed at some stage, that's when this site really shines - come here and whinge, vent, cry or share a happy event.
I also had major skin removal over the tumour site at mastectomy and this has resulted in me not being able to have implants due to tight stretched skin, but I am revelling in not having to wear a bra ever again! I don't care that I'm lopsided, at my age the other breast disappears somewhere under my arm and it's not noticeable.
I wish you a much better 2012
With love
Joy K
