Hi Anita. I know it sounds all a bit daunting now as i have been through it also. I remember i sat down when i got my journey kit and read it all in one go. And then i cried my eyes out for what lied ahead. Then i realised that with baby steps everything is achievable. Take it one day at a time. I didnt lose all my hair as i was offered scalp cooling but i had my thick curly hair cut short as i lost it where the cap didnt fit properly on top. I found a new appreciation for hats and beanies. Stay strong and dont look too far ahead.
