Speak to your oncologist - I was hyper-active after the first dose of chemo because of the pre-med steroids, but reported this to my oncologist before my next treatment and she was able to reduce them significantly. When I changed to Taxotere for the last three chemo treatments, she said she would need to increase the steroids quite a bit more, but would keep them at the minimum possible. The reduced dose worked a treat and I stopped climbing walls.
