Hi Inpink, I too am her2 +++ and ER+++ with a grade 3 cancer and 3 lymph nodes involved. As the other girls have said herceptin is a remarkable treatment and we are so lucky to be diagnosed now this treatment is available to us. I was diagnosed March 10th this year. I had chemo then radiation followed by my ovaries out and now am continuing with the herceptin every three weeks and have started Arimidex for 5 years. In a strange way having the herceptin is very comforting to me. It keeps me in the system,in touch with my breast care nurse and has given me more time to come to terms with all of this. Having all the scans and tests is very stressful once you start your treatment you will feel more in control. This is a great forum and you can come here and talk about anything you need to ; a great place to vent ! Good luck on monday , I am having some more herceptin then so I will be thinking of you , Regards Hilary x
