help with scar from mascetomy.

I am looking for help. I am almost four weeks post mascetomy. Drain is out and scar is healing well, i am looking for advice on what cream is best to help my scar heal and soften. it is hard...
I have tried both bio oil and moo goo udder cream.
i have found the best for me is Sorbelene Cram from Aldi.
Have used it everyday for 5 months and the container is still not empty, my Mastectomy scar is magnificent and my skin in lovely in readiness for 25 sessions of radiotherapy.
