Those pre surgery nerves are the worst!
things I did that helped a bit:
- I use an app called headspace uk. It has guided relaxation sessions. (it has 10 free meditation sessions to trial)
- I listened to my favourite songs in the waiting room
- I wrote down all my fears and worries (and then threw the list in the bin)
