Hi Nadi,
All the best for today. I hope you managed to get some sleep last night. The early days are so difficult with the great unknown. Keep your faith, breathe, exercise, talk, cry. I used to go on a lot of solitary walks to cry by the river. Talk and cry with family/friends, but there's only so much people close to you can cope with I found. Coming on here was a great help, as there's always someone who can relate. Chamomile tea, rescue remedy, warm feet soak, meditation (to control breathing and thoughts) were/are regular activities I do.
