Have to agree Jacqui, it is beyond horrid!!! Some ladies said fruit tingles helps, I found 2 bicarb washes morning, 2 salt in avo - no more - and sparkling water helped. When its really bad (forabout 3 days each cycle) nothing really helped me, just time.
