Thank you for your question. I have checked with our policy team at BCNA and as you know Perjeta has only been approved in Australia for the treatment of HER 2 positive metastatic breast cancer. See thread below

The policy team have suggested speaking with your medical oncologist regarding the treatment, maybe he/she can speak with Roche Australia to see if Perjeta may be available on compassionate grounds.
I found the following information regarding Perjeta treatment in early HER 2 positive breast cancer in the breastcancer.org site in the US http://www.breastcancer.org/research-news/herceptin-w-perjeta-better-than-alone-for-some
Please follow through with your medical oncologist if you have further questions regarding your treatment.
