Help! I've been offered Perjeta before surgery for early BC

I need advice! I will be out of pocket $9k for perjeta but am not clear of the benefits for me. I have early bc (1.8cm no spread to the nodes). and having chemo before surgery. I am her2+. Has anyone ...

I just finished 4 doses of perjeta on an access program so no cost for me. When I spoke to my Rad Onc she said there isn’t that much evidence yet on Perjeta compared to Herceptin for the cost. 
Hopefully others that have paid for it can give you some more advice sorry
