It must be so much harder when you have a family history of BC, so I think you will be inspirational to a lot of people. It sounds like you have a great medical team looking after you so that must be reassuring. Doing chemo first has a lot of advantages and I understand that chemo is very effective on Triple Negative BC.
I found this network a great help when I was going through chemo. I felt so much less alone with how I was feeling and found lots of tips about how to cope with the side effects. I had lots of trouble with feeling dizzy too on chemo. Every chemo was a bit different and so it was very hard to plan for what I would feel like eating etc. I was very fortunate to have an understanding family who would run off to the shops every couple of days to get things I felt like eating.
