Hello

Hi Everyone

In 2008 I was diagnosed with IBC.  Full treatment etc. (won't bore you all here!!).

I originally began searching for information on the web and was so disullusioned by what I read - apparently I had no hope at all.  Well nearly 6 years later and I am enjoying life - no sign of the dreaded thing at all.  Not bad for someone who was given just months to live.

There is hope - and I am so glad that IBC is beginning to get more know.  This will occur as we all spread the word.

I have spoken with BCNA about raising the profile as I get constantly worried that many women believe a 'clear' mammogram means all is okay. (only had mine weeks before I was diagnosed).

Best wishes to everyone out there.  Happy to speak with anyone who wants to know more.

Luv

Corinne
