Hi there Chrissy ... if it's not one thing it's another !!!!
I was thinking I woule have a trouble free 2012 then my body decided to have a hissy fit - nothing b/c related - a diverticular haemorage in April which resulted in part of the bowel being removed and an ostomy bag put in. Fortunately not permanent - had it repaired in Nov so its all good now. Very "inconvenient" though and something I could have done without :) but as you say - another speed bump in life's highway !!
Love your positive attitude though - you have to be don't you? No good curling up in a corner crying about it - that's when the bloody disease wins !!!
I'm having a holiday in Darwin at the moment spending time with family, reacquainting with my g.g/daughter (5) meeting my new g.g/daughter (8 months), but home to Wentworth tomorrow.
I've declared 2013 an illness-free zone and heaven help anything that spoils my plans. Take care of yourself
