Hello again

Well I have had my surgery bilateral mastectomy and aux clearance and 4 nodes had cancer (4out of 12) Also had tissue exspanders put in. First fill was done a week after op. 150 Ml was in so much pain after. I am still trying to get used to this tight feeling in chest, there's no pain now just uncomfortable..I'm dreading getting the rest of the fills done, so might ask if I can get less put in. I had gene test done and I have braca 1 so hysterectomy next, maybe the next couple mths. I want to say that my surgeon is great very compassionate and listens to me , his name is neil collier and I feel very confidant with him. Since all this started I have tried to stay positive and I have till the last two weeks,I have days when all I want to do is cry and stay in bed. I spoke to my surgeon about this and he said I'm entitled to a cry as I've been through a lot and to stop being so hard on myself. I've had 2stays in hospital with infections and was getting frustrated cause I couldn't do anything as I was tired all the time.so he told me I have to rest more to let my body recover. I never thought resting would be so hard lol You know what I hate the most is one minute I'm fine and the next I'm not.i hope this all settles down soon. Thank god for this site as it lets us ramble and get it off our chest lol Well I'm off to take my dog for a walk and get some exercise for me :)
