Maxolon was useless for me. I had nausea and reflux throughout chemo but worse in the few days after each infusion. I was prescribed Somac for reflux first then later changed to Nexium when it stopped being so effective. I had Ativan for nausea - the bonus of that one is that it also helps you sleep as it is also an anti-anxiety drug - the drawback is that you can't drive with it.
