It’s so difficult when you can’t do your activities that you enjoy - I hope you can get your shoulders sorted. I am so grumpy this week because my radiation burns have ended up severe enough that I can’t jog and even brisk walking is difficult. I am in pain and so itchy, and coupled with hot flushes and no exercise I am not happy.
