I’ve been on the 1/2 strength beta blockers for just over a week now and they have stopped the palpitations completely! Woohoo! I am taking them at night, @ddon and it seems to be working for me.
No other side effects that I am aware of, so all good.
Sadly, For some weeks now, I have been having major shoulder problems which is impacting my kayaking and life In General. I had my first procedure on the left shoulder 20 years ago and had surgery on the right shoulder about 8 years ago. My left shoulder is playing up ... but the right one is way worse. :( I’ll try and organise an X-ray and ultrasound hopefully on both shoulders next week, tho there is usually a 2 week delay here for ultrasounds. :(
I don’t know if the AIs are contributing to it.
I am not looking forward to having more surgery/procedures as it can take 1-2 years to get full movement back and it will impact my uke and kayak activities, badly. :( But it is already impacting my day to day life, so I need to get it checked out.
The shoulder is the most complicated set of bones, muscles and tendons in the whole body.
