@arpie you have the same thing I have, ectopic beats. Have had them for a few years now and yes, can be unsettling once they start. I’m not taking anything for mine atm but not sure if that will change with all this heavy bc medication. Glad you got answers and that it’s not serious. I find the less I think about it the less it happens BUT yes, easier said than done. Hope you enjoyed your kayaking Xx
