Heart Palpitations without chemo - could it be a side effect of AIs?

I’m on Letrozole not sure if it’s a side affect...Unlike a heart attack your heart repairs itself with a Takotsubo cardiomyopathy ..I also come off my meds in 2 weeks yay!
