Thanks @ddon - I've just chatted with my Onc too - and she says the palpitations are unlikely to be from the AIs - I know that chemo can definitely cause heart abnormalities - but I didn't have chemo!
She agreed that the urinary urgency & extreme foot pain on the ball of the foot now & then definitely are caused by Arimidex - she will refer me to a urologist to get checked out if it becomes more annoying.
She was very happy with how I am handling the Arimidex - and I am SURE it is the magic oil that is helping by taking the edge off the pain & discomfort! I still walk like an old lady up & down stairs, so still have 'discomfort' - but am no longer taking Anti Inflams or pain killers for the side effects - just the magic oil.
