Heart Palpitations without chemo - could it be a side effect of AIs?

Definitely AIs can cause palpitations or abnormal heart rhythms so let’s hope the Holter does it’s stuff for you here!! Showing what kind of rhythm disturbance it is.
I had obvious palpitations on chemo with no physical effects like chest pain or dizziness and onco seemed unfazed, now on letrozole and still get them every now and then but not as bad.
