Thanks for your concerns @lrb_03 & @Dory65 - I hope I get answers & solution too. I will definitely call an ambulance if it gets really bad again like yesterday morning. I just hope it settles down - Today, I've been able to record video of my blood pressure machine that shows the heart beat & I have a few showing a skipped beat, as well as one doing a 'triple beat' ..... so will show the GP tomorrow - but it still needs to be 'seen' on 'their' machine, to be believed, I fear
I've heard that the Holter monitor does not always pick it up too @ddon :( That is a real worry. Your description echoes my own, so clearly! :(
Apparently thyroid conditions can cause it as well - not that I am aware of having a thyroid condition - but blood tests tomorrow will check it. Apparently a lot of women have over or under active thyroids. My BC surgeon was also a specialist in thyroid .... which I found very interesting!
