Me too, I think my headaches are worse than the nausea, probably cos the drugs they give me knock the nausea fairly well. I take panadol or panadol osteo during the day, and then panadeine forte at night to help me sleep. I find though that after about the first week they get better, and only need to take the odd panadol (for headache). Dont think about mets - my theory is it's my brain protesting at all the chemo poison they are pumping into me!
