Has anyone used Ovestin Cream?

I'm interested to see if anyone has been given the ok by their oncologist/specialist to use Ovestine cream.

  • It's a hormone cream.

From what I can understand, the doctors don't like you using it if you have hormone receptive cancer.

I wanted to use it because of the side effects I was experiencing.

I have TNBC so my doctor prescribed it but was not keen on any long term use.

  • I haven't used it,but I just wanted to say hi,as I hadn't seen you on here before.I do know, that it depends on your type of cancer whether some creams can be used,as they can contain certain hormones. All the best xoxRobyn
  • My Dr said it was ok as I had triple negative BC. However all the literature I read said NOT to use it if you had had BC. In the end I decided against using it. Paula
