Hi Lynne, I am like an old lady with the aching joints. I have started on pure fish oil (not too tasty) and also calcium tabs as I hope to commence some decent walking next week. I have also started some other natural remedy pills and potions - some to lose weight post chemo. I know how they work - makes me feel sick in the tum and not wanting to eat!!!!XLeonie
