sorry I always have trouble remembering my password and account logorithym and can't get back in again without resetting, so I've taken a while to get back in to reply.
yes I have joined the reconstruction group so will start getting my head around it all. I had one preliminary plastics appointment which I only remembered 50% of what was said and I can't read my notes.
