Hi Kathryne
, I too thought I was prepared to lose my hair , but it is a shock when it starts falling out . I started to lose mine in big clumps before my 2nd treatment , I am now on my 2nd last treatment ( all being well) and my hair is about a 1/4 inch all over , very thin and mostly white . I look like a boiled egg ! No one that loves me seems to mind . Then today , another thing happened , I realised all my eyebrows and eyelashes had gone ! Oh well , now I am even more like Humpty Dumpty . I bought a wig , and I wear scarves , as even here in WA it gets cold . I have a little woolen hat I wear in bed if it is really cold , but it gets thrown off in the middle of the night when I get too hot . I am not brave enough yet to not wear anything on my head .
I wish you all the best , and I hope that you will be able to come to terms with the loss of your hair , just as I have done . Remember , it will grow back , and it may be better than ever !! Chas xx
