Yep, that's the first sign that your hair will fall out very soon. Mine was on about day 13. Unfortunately the only thing that helped my scalp was to shave my hair off completely. I even tried massaging my head but it was too sore.
You should have a look at an early post today from Hazel who asked the same thing as you.
I hope you recovered well from your bilateral mastectomy Sharl, we haven't heard how it all went. Chemo is the pits but I hope you are not suffering too badly.
